We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for refunds, store credit and exchanges within 21 days of purchase.
All returned products will be inspected upon arrival to our facility. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and the original tags must be attached. If products are not in resalable condition, your refund or exchange will not be processed.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. Any return that is initiated after the 21 days period will not be accepted for refund, store credit or exchange.
For credit card payments, please allow 7-12 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.
For PayPal payments, please allow 3-5 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.
Please note that there is no refund possible on shipping fees.
We accept exchanges within 21 days after your order was shipped to you. If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit if we receive item within 21 days. Items paid with store credit will only be exchange once.
All exchanges are restricted to the same style. If you must change a style you will be charge 15% restocking fee.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item with a higher value, the difference in cost of the exchanged item will be required.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item or another size that is not longer available, a store credit will be issued.
Items bought on sales may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. A refund is not permitted on sale items (including deals with promo codes), which means if the price is reduced from its regular price then it is considered a sale item.
Items bought during clearance, black friday, cyber monday, boxing day or holidays special are final sale. They cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Orders delivered out of US & Canada are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Fabric layout and placement of prints may also vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of a product. As these are high-quality products, please be sure to care for your items as instructed on the packaging.
